Cancellations
Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to
change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that unexpected things happen, but late cancellations are difficult to fill.
By giving us advanced notice, we can open the appointment slot to other clients.
If you cancel late or fail to show up for your appointment, you may
be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Similarly, any deposits paid for the booking will be forfeited.
Skin Test
Our client’s health and wellbeing are one of our highest priorities.
Although very rare, sometimes reactions to colour can happen, so to prevent this from
happening; we operate a mandatory skin sensitivity test which must be completed at
least 48 hours prior to any colour booking if you are a new client .
Please call the salon you intend to visit to arrange a complimentary skin test.
Service Eligibility
We are committed to providing services that align with your expectations
and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. However, we reserve the right
to decline a service if we believe the desired outcome is unachievable,
may compromise the integrity of your hair, or does not meet the standard
of satisfaction we uphold for both you and our clients.
Our priority is to ensure results that reflect quality and care.
We recognise that, despite our commitment to providing exceptional
service and care, there may be instances where a client’s expectations
are not fully met. In such cases, we may kindly suggest that the client consider
exploring alternative haircare options with another service provider
who might better align with their preferences and needs.
Consultation
All services start with a consultation.
We want to ensure we are able to understand your needs and
expectations of the visit and tailor your appointment to you. Whether you are looking for a complete
restyle and refresh, or just a little tweak, We would be delighted to discuss your desired changes.
If you’re not sure if you want to commit to a booking just yet, but would still like to meet for
advice, simply call your preferred location and the Front of House team
will be happy to arrange a complimentary consultation for you.
Lateness
We fully respect that your time is precious, so we do our best to run on time for you.
If you are going to be delayed or later than 15 minutes it
may be difficult for us to complete your full service.
Please let us know so we can try and make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.
Salon etiquette
In the interest of providing a tranquil environment, please be
aware that mobile phones must be on silent and voice calls should not be taken in the salon areas,
we will enable you to take calls in a private area for your own privacy which will be time limited due to our own salon scheduling .
Please respect the privacy of other clients at all times.
We may instruct you to remove headphones during treatment.
To carry out your booked services we may require you to limit multi-tasking with laptops, phones, etc.
