Salon Information
Please bring a MASK with you to your appointment.
Otherwise we will not be able to carry out your service.
Please Sanitize your hands at the designated station .
Due to reduced capacity, we have made several changes to arrangements at the salon for your safety and that of our staff.
We want your arrival and departure to be as contactless as possible. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Any escorts will be asked to wait outside . Only clients that have a disability or are under the age of 16 may be accompanied. Please bring only minimal belongings with you .
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before or after your appointment, and please leave promptly after your appointment, aiming to minimise time in the premises.
Please be aware that if you arrive late for an appointment you may have to forfeit part of your service.
You will still be charged for the service for which you booked.
Our staff will be wearing face masks.
Finally, please call the salon to cancel your appointment if you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to it.
Please book your following appointment when possible.
All areas of the salon will be cleaned and disinfectant regularly.
All of our staff have received training on our new safety protocol.
Appointments which are missed and not cancelled with 24hours notice will be charged 100% on rebooking and you will have to wait for a future appointment.

from a select few.
(e.g Prolonged Blow Drys and Head Massages will not take place, this is for everyone's safety and only for a limited time.
Refreshments will only be bottled water. No Magazines, please feel free to bring your own.
